What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
My high school coach guided me into it, and I knew I had the physical attributes to play the game, and I fell in love with the game when I started playing.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
Beating Arizona State when I was at Fresno State and beating Montana at different schools and just hanging out with my teammates win or lose.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
My dad because he’s been showing me how hard a man’s life is and never stops trying to improve even as adversity hit.
What do you love the most about the game of football?
You never know what’s going to happen, just never give up and execute best you can, and the best man wins.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?
Von Miller, I watched a lot of him, and I feel like he’s a lot like myself personality wise and game wise.
What are your favorite things about playing football for Weber State?
I just love my coaches they have a family feel and make me feel like family.
What should we know about Kemari Munier-Bailey the person?
I’m really laid back and I’m not a judgmental person, I just accept everybody for who they are.
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?
Bear Front, you can go no wrong having guys rush both in the run and pass game.
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
I just put my faith and guidance from people around me and my intuition first. So, I can handle things with knowledge and just grow from situations.
What would a team get in a player like you?
A hard worker and a guy who will do anything to get results and that’s winning and I’m not here to chase stats.
What stands out about your film the most?
My get off on the ball and pursuit to get to the quarterback.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
Levelle Bailey, Phoenix Jackson and Paul Moala, those guys all have good work ethics.
