Ex-NFL offensive lineman Russell Okung has transformed his body in just two years and it is crazy
Former Pro Bowl OT Russell Okung last played in the NFL in 2020. His playing weight was 310 pounds, and his transformation is amazing.
Okung was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks with the sixth overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and has also played for the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, and Carolina Panthers.
Since 2019 he has been open about his support for Bitcoin. He and fellow NFL player Matt Barkley have requested their salaries be paid in Bitcoin but were denied at the time.
