Tell us about your university/college. Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?

Towson is a great place. When I arrived there they made me feel like it was home and it was only 8 hours away from my hometown. I just had a great feeling about Towson and the coaches. No, I don’t participate in any other activities on campus.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

My teammates say my best quality is keeping everyone together & having positive energy and making everyone laugh. After the season ended I tried to be more vocal to the younger guys, step up and try to be a leader.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

The role I see myself on the team is keeping all the players together in tough situations and holding players accountable. I played LT and RG in JUCO. I mainly play RT here at Towson.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

I played against a lot of great players. JMU had the best defensive ends we played last year.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

Bryce Carter & Andrew Garnett. They are two guys that get after it.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

When I attended junior college, I lost my apartment. I had to live in a hotel for three weeks until I finally found a place to stay so I could finish my last year of junior college. It was very challenging because I was getting many scholarships.I had a great opportunity and didn’t want to lose out on such a good opportunity.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

I would have played basketball. Many people told me that I was better at basketball, but I quit playing basketball and stuck with football.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

Coming from a very small town, making a name for myself and not giving up.

My biggest achievement so far has been getting my Associates Degree. I had taken a year off from school and didn’t know what was next in my life, and then I traveled to a big state like California and didn’t quit on my dreams.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.

It was the fourth quarter in junior college. We were losing bad by 17 points with almost 6 minutes to go. The offensive was struggling all night; we couldn’t get anything going. So all the players fought and came back but unfortunately we still lost that game by 1 point because our coach let us decide whether to go for an extra point or kick a field goal. He let the team decide. I won’t forget it because my coach Mojarro trusted us and believed in us. No coach would ask the team but he trusted In us.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

My favorite NFL team is the New England Patriots, and of course I’m a huge Tom Brady fan. There isn’t a player I model my game after but I do watch and follow Trent Brown.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

My favorite music artist is Lil Baby. What gets me pumped before games is Meek Mill, Skippa da Flippa, Gunna, Young thug, Chief Keef. I have to listen to them before a game.

What is your favorite comfort food?

Chicken or Ribs

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?

It’s hard to say. My all time favorite movie is either Baby Boy or Friday After Next. Will Smith is probably my favorite actor.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Any secret talents?

In my spare time in the gym playing basketball or at home playing Call of Duty.

Who or what motivates you the most?

My family
