Former Ohio State football coach died in his sleep Friday Night

A former Ohio State football coach under Urban Meyer died in his sleep on Friday Night, according to reports.
Tim Kight, lost his battle with cancer on Friday Night. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, according to his son.
“My dad, Tim Kight, died peacefully in his sleep last night. He was so many things, to so many people, to so many of you. Whether or not you got to meet him, you felt him. He was that kind of presence. But to me he was just Dad. And that was everything. I love you, Dad,” his son, Brian, wrote.
Tim Kight was a track runner at Ohio State and UCLA. He was also a motivational speaker who captivated audiences with his powerful message. He was hired as a leadership consultant for the Buckeyes, under Urban Meyer.
Kight’s influence was evident in the Buckeyes’ remarkable achievements under Meyer, including an impressive 83-9 record over seven years, securing three Big Ten titles, a national championship, and six top-10 finishes.
