What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Growing up I was always fast and my brother came home with a helmet and I tried it on and I loved watching football and that’s what made me decide I wanted to be a football player.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

Me committing out of high school and being one of the top players in Orlando and getting to show off my football abilities.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My cousin, he inspired me every day to be great and really supported me on the field and supports me and motivates me every day.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Turning my PBU’s into interceptions. Everything else I check the boxes just need to get my hands onto the ball.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Jalen Ramsey, because he plays my position and Jaycee Horn, who I played with for a year and is on the Panthers now. I would just love to get and share knowledge with those two.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

What football can do for you and football can change your life and how you can impact others off the field and what football can do as a whole.

What should we know about Dominick Hill the person?

I’m a very smooth guy, I’m very attentive and I lead by example and I am a very team oriented player who puts the team in front of myself and care more about what the team does than individual accolades.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

4-2-5, good against the pass and run depending on how the safeties or linebackers play and I feel comfortable in a 4-2-5.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I try to talk to somebody and on the field I just move on to the next play or in life the next thing ahead and learn from the challenges to do better in the future and change what needs to be changed so I can be better in that situation in the future.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A hard worker who puts the team first, leads by example and meshes well with others and does what it takes to be successful, who loves football.

What stands out about your film the most?

Showing teams that with my size and frame being able to tackle and play downfield and being versatile I played safety, cornerback and nickel last year and that’s what stands out the most.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Kerby Joseph, playing with him all through high school, he embraced the hard and even at Illinois didn’t get enough recognition and until last year he didn’t really stand out and his film speaks for itself.
