Former NFL football player on the run from police in Canada for bank fraud

Buster Skrine is back in the news, the former NFL football player who was granted bail on April 9th with conditions to wear a GPS ankle monitor did not appear for court on Monday.
Skrine disconnected his ankle monitor and is now facing charges for failure to appear in court and failure to comply with a release order.
The 34-year-old former NFL star is accused of defrauding banks of more than $100,000 by using fraudulent checks to open accounts and withdraw money before the checks cleared.
Skrine initially faced 15 charges, including four counts of fraud over $5,000, seven counts of making false statements to produce money, three counts of possession of property obtained by a crime over $5,000, and one count of possession of property obtained by a crime over $5,000.
Skrine made quite a bit of money in his career, he made more than 40 million. He was a fifth-round pick of the Browns in 2011.
