Breaking: Colorado football agrees to provide all game film and practice film for players entering the portal
According to a story from David Ubben of The Athletic, there has been a clear division between how players from the old regime have been treated versus how players Coach Prime has brought in, and that is what reportedly caused a massive run of players entering the portal days after the Spring Game.
Deion Sanders said it best, he wanted to bring his own luggage.

Coach Prime and Colorado were getting blasted after several players attempted to get film and were told no. Well, after multiple agencies like ourselves began reporting the news and tagging the school, Colorado released the statement that they will in fact release the film to the players now.
