Plaxico Burress has a strong message for NBA star Ja Morant about guns

Ja Morant was suspended by the NBA for brandishing a firearm on Instagram Live over the weekend, and a player who knows quite a bit about guns has a strong message and advice for the star basketball player.
“If you can’t learn anything, learn from me,” Burress said Tuesday on “The Carton Show.” He added, “Make better decisions because you really don’t want for him to have that label being that he’s so young. He has the opportunity to be the face of the NBA. He’s that great of a player.”
Remember Burress back in 2008 suffered an accidental, self inflicted gunshot wound at a nightclub in New York City.
Plaxico did not have a license to carry a gun in New York City and ended up spending two years in jail after accepting a plea deal for the incident. It ultimately ruined his career.
