Is there racial bias against black quarterbacks? Lamar Jackson seems to believe it exists

Ravens easiest schedule
The Baltimore Ravens and Lamar Jackson would love to win a Super Bowl, but Lamar thinks if he doesn’t win one soon the critics will keep riding him.

Lebron James show “The Shop” recently had Lamar Jackson on as a special guest. The video was posted on Friday, and James was talking about the racial bias that exists against black quarterbacks.

James said it is dying off, but it is still there and Lamar Jackson was quick to agree.

“It’s still there,” Jackson said. “That’s why I need that championship. That’s why I need that championship.”

Remember when Lamar Jackson was entering the draft, many teams reportedly wanted him to work out at the wide receiver position. There are quite a bit of black quarterbacks in the NFL right now, and like Lebron said it is slowly dying down, but there is still and issue.

Do you agree with Lebron and Lamar? Do you think black quarterbacks do face more criticism?
