Former Ohio State football player arrested for robbing a bank in Columbus, Ohio
Police have arrested former Ohio State football player Marcus Williamson for robbing a bank on Wednesday.
The police report says the 25-year-old former football player entered the First Merchant Bank.
Williamson reportedly approached the teller giving them a note demanding money, saying he was armed with a weapon.
Williamson was given cash and left the scene in a Jeep.
Police have charged Williamson with aggravated robbery. Williamson played five seasons with OSU, as a defensive back and was a part of four consecutive Big Ten championship teams and two teams that made it to the College Football Playoffs.
