The Attorney accusing Deshaun Watson of sexual assault wants full confidentiality if they reach a settlement

Tony Buzbee is represents 22 clients who claim that Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson sexually assaulted them, and today Buzbee told SI.com that for any resolution regarding the case, he wants it fully confidential.
“These women have been roundly criticized,” Buzbee told SI.com. “What Rusty wants is to humiliate them and make them targets of unscrupulous people. So any resolution we would want confidential, and it would also require Mr. Watson getting some counseling.”
Watson’s attorney want full transparency on the issue, while Buzbee wants everything quiet.
So does Buzzbee want this to be confidential because they are were close to reaching an agreement and the number about to be paid was not pretty? Or was this to truly protect his clients? I hope Watson’s attorney continues to demand transparency and everything out in the open.
This case has been silent for weeks while the two attorneys try to work out a deal, but it sounds like this could be coming to an end soon, if they can agree on a settlement.
