Southeastern Louisiana QB Cole Kelley is the winner of the Walter Payton Award on Saturday which is awarded to the top offensive player in FCS Football.
Some may remember Kelley because he played at Arkansas before transferring to Southeastern Louisiana.
Kelley had a huge season, and becomes the 34th player to win the Walter Payton Award.
Some of the past winners of the Walter Payton Award include Steve McNair, Tony Romo, Brian Westbrook and Jimmy Garoppolo.
Kelley received 16 first-place votes and edged Eastern Washington quarterback Eric Barriere for the award.
