Practice is the most important to me out of the three. The reason I say this is because you need to practice the sport that you are playing, in order to know and understand the sport that  you are taking part in. Second I would choose is  strength and conditioning that is important because you are trying to build your body up to help make you stronger. Last but not least I would pick film study the reason I chose this to be third is because you need to know how to play the sport and understand it then build yourself before you try to study other teams.
