Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is not in attendance for off-season workouts

Adrian Peterson did not attend the start of the Minnesota Vikings’ off-season workout program Monday, according to ESPN. Peterson has not taken a snap in almost a year now, after a drawn out court case involving the discipline of his son.
The Vikings are hoping that the All-Pro runner will return will a smile on his face. However, despite the team’s catering to Peterson, his absence raises the question as to whether or not he wants to return. Many critics feel Peterson will not dawn the Vikings jersey ever again.
It would not be a surprise if Peterson was traded, especially with the other premier trades already made in the NFL this off-season. Peterson could get his wish to be traded, but it might not be the team he was ultimately hoping for…..
