NFL DRAFT DIAMONDS

Raiders went from one of the worst receiving corps to one of the deepest

Last year, if you asked an average fan to name a couple wide outs on the Raiders roster they would have struggled.  This year the team is stacked at the position and will have to cut one of them with extreme upside.  The team added James Jones, and already had Denarius Moore and Rod Streater, who had both had a solid year in Oakland last year.  Those three guys are locks to make the roster, but they will need to cut at least one of the remaining guys.

That leaves only two or three spots for Andre Holmes, Greg Little, Brice Butler and Juron Criner – not including the handful of solid wideouts the Raiders brought in as undrafted free agents.

The Raiders have have a very solid wide receiver corp. I think they are going to surprise some people in 2014.  I would not sleep on the Raiders, especially with Maurice Jones Drew, and Mychal Rivera on their team.  Matt Schaub has quite a bit of weapons.  I think the Raiders shock a bunch of people this year.
