Panthers defensive end Frank Alexander is now suspended 10 games
Frank Alexandrr might be the slowest football player in the NFL. Just two days ago he was reinstated by the NFL for violating the leagues substance abuse policy. Today, Alexander was suspended an additional 10 games.
