Dallas Cowboys announced that Dan Bailey signed a contract keeping him in Dallas until 2020

Dallas Cowboys work out a futuristic deal to keep Dan Bailey in town.  Bailey converted 93.3 percent of his field goal attempts in 2013, and made all 47 of his point-after-attempts. Of the 13 kickers who had double-digit attempts from between 40-47 yards, Bailey was the only one who was perfect, 10-of-10. He also made his last 21 field goal attempts of the season, tying a mark for the fourth-most consecutive field goals made in franchise history.

Bailey will go into the 2014 season trying to break the record of consecutive field goals made, set by former Cowboys’ kicker, Chris Boniol, who made 27 straight in 1996.
