Arthur Moats lands a deal with the Steelers
According to Pro Football Talk the Pittsburgh Steelers are signing LB Arthur Moats to a one-year deal.
Moats is a former Buck Buchanan Award winner and will be deeply missed in Buffalo. He became a fan favorite, and was never really used correctly in Buffalo.
