Saints have found their new quarterback and are closing in on landing him
Even though there were reports this weekend that Derek Carr was leaning towards the New York Jets over the Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints, it seems Carr is now going to choose the NFC South for his future.
According to Adam Schefter, the Saints and Carr are closing in on a deal that could be finalized as early as today.

Carr is expected to sign with the New Orleans Saints. The two sides were working to finalize a deal on Monday morning, and it looks like it will happen.
Derek Carr is a very solid quarterback and I think the Saints are making a very wise decision To be honest, I am glad he is choosing the Saints over the Jets. I hope the Jets end up sticking with Zach Wilson, as a Bills fan!
