Henry Ruggs III is facing 20 years in prison for two felonies after a DUI accident that killed a 23 year old female.

The Las Vegas Raiders were faced with a tough decision last night, and the team decided to cut ties with Henry Ruggs III after his fatal DUI accident.

The Raiders are trying to cut all ties, according to reports, even the Las Vegas stores are pulling all of Ruggs III merchandise. They were told to cease all sales of Ruggs-related merchandise hours after the tragic incident.

According to the police, Ruggs III was traveling at such a high rate of speed when he hit the Toyota in front of him the lady could not escape. The car caught on fire and she was pronounced dead on the scene. The wild thing is Ruggs girlfriend is in the hospital as well with serious injuries from the collision.

Because Ruggs III was under the influence, he is facing 20 years in prison. The two felony charges are DUI w/ serious bodily harm and Reckless Driving w/ death or serious bodily harm. If convicted it could carry up to 20 years in prions and the reckless driving could add an additional 1 to 6 years in prison. Ruggs is expected in court today.
