Panthers sign WR Damiere Byrd back to their PS; Release LB Brian Blechen
The Carolina Panthers re-signed Damiere Byrd today. The former South Carolina wide out will take a spot on the teams practice squad. 
In a corresponding move the Panthers released linebacker Brian Blechen.
