There is always two sides to a story, and while the police report sounds like Aaron Kromer the Bills offensive line coach is dead wrong, he is claiming a different story.  According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, Kromer is claiming it was dark out and he was defending his property from being stolen.

“A source” (with no more specificity than that) tells Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com that the claims made against Kromer “may not be completely accurate.”

“It was dark out. He couldn’t see the people,” the source told Marvez. “The kids were belligerent and threatened him. Bottom line, they stole his property and he couldn’t identify them because it was dark out and they threatened him.”

If that is the case, Kromer would have a good story. It is dark outside at 1:30 in the morning, and Kromer may have just reacted to protect his property.  I just don’t know if that defense will work for him.
