The hardest thing about putting together a championship team is knowing who to pay and keep on your roster. When you hit gold in the draft like the Seahawks did, landing late round steals that overproduce for their pay check, this always happens.  Players start to demand more money, and teams cannot afford them. The Seahawks have several studs on their football roster, but their quarterback Russell Wilson is not under contract and Kam Chancellor now wants more money, or will hold out.

Ian Rapoport    @RapSheet
Sources: #Seahawks S Kam Chancellor wants more money, has told Seattle that he’s strongly considering a camp holdout to make it happen.

Kam Chancellor $4,550,000
$4,450,000
$1,000,000 $0 $0 $100,000 $5,650,000

Chancellor is not making a lot of money, but he wants to be paid like a top dog. Michael Bennett, Marshawn Lynch, Chancellor and Wilson all want to be paid. The Seahawks cannot spend billions, what do they do?
