Today the Oakland Raiders placed former 2013 first round pick D.J. Hayden on the PUP List. The cornerback has been dealing with a foot injury. Allen said Monday he is making progress.
“Well, we’re going to push it all the way up until the deadline, until we find out exactly where he is,” Allen said. “We’ll wait and see what we have to do on that. … He looks a lot better, but that’s one of those things that you just kind of visit with the trainers every day and find out how he did each particular day. He’s making progress that’s for sure.”
