What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2026 NFL Draft

What makes me a top prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft is my versatility and ability to impact the game from multiple spots in the secondary. I can line up at corner, nickel, or safety, and I take pride in being able to adapt to whatever role the defense needs. I’m very comfortable in man-to-man coverage, using my footwork and instincts to stay in phase and eliminate separation. I’m smooth getting in and out of breaks, which allows me to mirror receivers and anticipate routes at a high level. Whether it’s locking down on the outside, matching up in the slot, or providing range and support at safety, I bring a complete skill set that gives coaches flexibility and confidence in every coverage situation

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

One thing NFL teams should know about me is that I’m willing to work and get better every day. I’m confident in the work I’ve put in, but I also know there’s always more to learn. I can play at a high pace across all defensive back positions

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

If I could donate to one cause, it would be to youth football programs in underfunded communities, because that’s where I started, and I want the next generation to have even more opportunities to grow through the game.

Who was your role model?

My role models are my mother and my brother. My mom is incredibly strong she raised three boys on her own and showed me what real toughness looks like. My brother Tizell taught me everything I know about life and the game, and he still guides me to this day

What is your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is laziness whether it’s on the field, in the weight room, or in life. I believe in giving full effort

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

Melissa Myers, she never gave up on me in the classroom and till this will answer my calls if I called and had questions

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life to overcome was losing my uncle during fall camp, just a day after I had spoken with him. That call still sticks with me because it felt like everything was normal, and then suddenly he was gone. It was tough trying to balance the pain of that loss with the demands of football, especially during such an important time of the season. But I knew he would’ve wanted me to keep pushing forward, to stay locked in and focused. It taught me how to channel my emotions into my work, how to lean on my teammates like family, and how to keep going even when life feels unfair. That experience shaped my character and made me stronger not just as a player, but as a man.

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

My Uncle Sharod, he literally was my everything and taught me a lot growing up. My Mother, you always got to treat your Queen to a nice dinner that’s your everything, and another one I will say is my cousin little cousin Sir Gregg, we had a dream a mission I just wished we could’ve accomplished all these goals together.

What is your biggest weakness?

My biggest weakness is that I can be too hard on myself. I hold myself to such a high standard that sometimes I don’t give myself credit for the progress I’ve made. But I use that as motivation to keep growing and getting better every day.
