What made you decide you want to be a football player?

At first growing up my parents always made me and my sister play a lot of sports so part of that was kind of forced but not really. I think my parents came up to me and asked if I wanted to play when I was in second or third grade and I said yes and it just took off from there so I’ve been doing it ever since.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

Favorite moment of my life is signing to play at SBU. That was a huge moment for me. Kind of all my life. I’ve been overlooked a little bit and so just getting an opportunity to play college football is very rewarding .

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

I think I would probably choose JJ Watt growing up. He’s my favorite football player and I just think his playing style is super cool and just what he was doing on the field is amazing.

What is your favorite offensive scheme and why?

My favorite offensive scheme probably would be the triple option. I just love hard nosed, smash mouth football, and running the ball. I just think it’s just super cool to be able to put up several hundred rushing yards on people and just destroy people inside the box.

What stands out about your film the most?

I’ll probably say just my aggressiveness, my aggressive play style, and my hard nosed play style. I’m a little underweight and so I just feel like my aggressiveness really makes up for that.

What should we know about Wade Moore the person?

I’m a really chill guy. I really enjoy reading. Just being outdoors where it’s just calm and tranquil.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

I think I love the team aspect the most. Just being a part of a team and being with so many guys and being able to work together just to achieve one goal is super rewarding.

Who is the most underrated play you played with and why?

I played with a lot of great players, especially at SBU. I think one of the most underrated players it’s probably our running back right now, Jobe Smith, a very hard runner. Just a really, really talented player and probably deserves some more highlights and some more attention.

What would a team get in a player like you?

I think a lot of competition and competitiveness whether I’m on scout team or going up against our starting defense I’m always trying to win and just make people better around me and just compete at my highest ability.
