What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?

I’m a 6’2”, 190-pound cornerback with the size and speed to match up with any receiver. I began my college career as a starting wide receiver, gaining valuable knowledge of offensive schemes and route-running, before transitioning to cornerback and thriving in the role. Despite the challenges, I know I haven’t yet reached my full potential at the position. My combination of physical tools, versatility, football IQ, and the resilience I’ve built overcoming adversity makes me a top prospect in this year’s draft.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I’ve been battle-tested throughout my life and career, facing challenges that could’ve made me quit—but I’ve never let adversity break me. No matter what I’ve been through, I’ve stayed focused, worked harder, and kept the dream alive. My resilience and determination to succeed set me apart. I don’t just play football; I embrace the grind, learn from every setback, and use it as fuel to keep pushing forward. NFL teams should know they’re getting someone who refuses to give up, no matter the circumstances.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I would donate to programs supporting sickle cell research. My little sister has battled this disease, and it’s been a challenging experience for our family. Seeing her go through this has driven me to support efforts that aim to improve treatment and find a cure.

Who was your role model?

My role model is my Granddaddy. He was one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever known. He showed up every day with the same drive and determination, never changing his values or character. His consistency and work ethic taught me the importance of discipline and staying true to who you are, no matter the circumstances.

Who is your favorite NFL team?

I grew up a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Their tradition of tough football and their focus on team unity has always resonated with me.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Loud chewing

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

My favorite teacher was Mrs. Kat Coy, a counselor who helped me with grades and made sure my academic standing was on track. She played a huge role in supporting me and ensuring I stayed focused on my education.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life was finding out during camp that my Granddaddy had passed away from stage 4 colon cancer. Camp is a crucial time for preparation, and everything seemed to hit at once. Balancing the grief with the pressure of performing at a high level during such a critical time was incredibly difficult, but I pushed through because I knew he would want me to keep going.

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house, what would it be?

I’d choose Raising Cane’s. Their chicken is always on point, and it’s the perfect go-to for a quick, satisfying meal.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favorite snack food is a peanut butter milkshake. It’s the perfect mix of creamy and sweet, and it hits the spot every time.

What is your degree in?

My degree is in sports management, and I’ll be earning my master’s degree in April.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

I would choose to have dinner with my Granddaddy. The value of someone you love and miss is immeasurable, and I just want to hear him speak again. His wisdom, presence, and perspective meant so much to me, and having the chance to sit down with him one more time would mean everything.

What is your biggest weakness?

One of my biggest weaknesses is that I’m super critical of myself. I have to be careful not to get in my head because playing cornerback is one of the toughest positions. It requires focusing on one play at a time and not letting mistakes affect the next one. Staying mentally strong is key to performing at a high level.
