What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft

My versatility, physicality, and IQ for the game make me a top prospect. I have played all positions across the defensive line from a 0-6i on multiple fronts. When it comes to physicality you either have it or you don’t. I pride myself on trying to take my opponent out every snap until they submit. My experience and film study have elevated my IQ for the game being able to see and call out what the opposition is/wants to do before it happens.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

That my work ethic is what drives me. Some players rely on talent, but I rely on effort/strain when it comes to the game. Most of the plays I made in my career came from straining the moment the ball was snapped till the whistle was blown. Talent can only get you so far while effort and strain will take you to the places you want to go.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I would donate to the Save the Children cause to help less fortunate children around the country. I worked at the Boys & Girls Club in 2022 and it was truly an amazing experience as I love working/counseling kids. Some of those kids were less fortunate than others which made a soft spot in me for those kids knowing that one day if I work hard enough and get blessed with the opportunity to play in the NFL, I can make a change for those kids and put them in better situations so that they can succeed in life.

Who was your role model?

My father is my role model. He embodies what I want to be as a man and a supporter of his family. My father worked relentlessly to get what he had and provide for my family and me. He played college football at Alabama A&M so I know his work ethic comes from being a college athlete as well. Seeing his success story pushes me to create my own as I use everything he has taught me over the course of my life.

Who is your favorite NFL team?

The Dallas Cowboys are my favorite franchise as they are my Dad’s favorite team too. Over time of watching games with him from when I was younger till my current age, I learned to love the team as much as he does.

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

Vincent Munlin Jr. (OT/OG) is a multi-year starter, starting in over 45 games. One of the best offensive linemen I’ve had the pleasure of going against and being a teammate with.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

When somebody doesn’t clean up after themselves

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

Dr. Young Do Kim (Elon Sport Management Department)

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

When I graduated high school I had 0 scholarship opportunities to play at the next level. I bet on myself and went to prep school for a semester when a lot of people thought it was a crazy idea. I worked day in and day out to prepare myself for that post-grad season. I would leave prep school with multiple scholarship opportunities after a great season and sign up for Elon University.

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?

American Deli

What is your favorite snack food?

Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos

What is your degree in?

Bachelor’s Sport Management/Elon
MBA(In Progress)/EKU

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

LeBron James, Barack Obama, Drake

What is your biggest weakness?

My biggest weakness is my heart. I’m not a cold-hearted person when sometimes I should be. I wear it on my “sleeve” which can make me vulnerable.
