What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
-I’d say my athleticism and versatility, I think you can put me at any position on the field and I can dominate. I also think that my size and speed is something that will help me excel at the next level which you can see pop when you watch my tape.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
-They should know that I am a nice guy off the field but can flip that switch when I get on the field. I’m working everyday to become a better leader and am always working on how I can develop new aspects of my game.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
-I would donate money to cancer research. Cancer has affected my family and friends multiple times and it is something that devastates families everyday. I would also donate to fund and help animal shelters. I rescued my dog from the shelter and that is something that I believe very strongly in.
Who was your role model?
-My role model my entire life has been my mother. She is incredibly dedicated to her work but has always found a way to support, love and help me and my sister in everything that we go through. Her work ethic is something that has always stuck with me. She is definitely a major reason that I’m in the position that I am in right now.
Who is your favorite NFL team?
-My favorite NFL team is the Indianapolis Colts. I grew up in Indiana and going to Colts games has always been something that I’ve loved to do. I try to catch a game every year if I can. In studying NFL film I like to watch the Colts linebackers because I believe that over the last few years they’ve consistently had one of the most elite rooms in the NFL.
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
-My most underrated teammate at Miami is Dylan Downing. He’s our new runningback, he was also my high school runningback. Dylan is a transfer from Purdue and I think he is going to light up the MAC this season. He is one of the most difficult runningbacks that I’ve ever tackled and I think he is going to have no problem running for over a thousand yards this season.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
-My biggest pet peeve is people who talk a big game just to show off. I’ve always found that showing people is more impactful than telling people. Having seen this a million times it bothers me when people talk a big game but can’t back it up.
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
-My favorite teacher that I’ve ever had was my Junior year in highschool. Her name was Eugene Corbin. She was the most impactful teacher that I’ve ever had and she completely turned around my view and approach to academics.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
-The hardest moments in my life have came on a few instances when people close to me have had Cancer. Getting through that as a friend or family member gives you a whole new perspective and an entire new drive.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
-I would put a Cheesecake Factory in my house because you could go a year without ordering the same thing twice off of their menu.
What is your favorite snack food?
-My favorite snack food is chocolate
What is your degree in?
-I graduated with a degree is Sports Leadership and Managment last December.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
- Jesus, Barack Obama, My Mom
- Jesus would be my first and most important selection because of my faith.
- Barack Obama because I am a big fan of the person and family man that he is.
- My mom because she is my role model and I would want her to experience this with me.
What is your biggest weakness?
-My biggest weakness is that sometimes I tend to overanalyze things on and off the football field. I also think that I am too hard on myself when I make small mistakes. I want every play to be perfect and I tend to get bothered about plays that I missed because I want my performance to be perfect every single game.
