Two high school football players were arrested in Harris County, Texas and there is now a huge investigation into the matter.

According to cell phone videos, two Langham Creek High School football players including star Seth Palumbo were violently arrested for trying to help his teammate and friend whose car broke down on the highway.

According to reports, Kristopher Willis’ car ran out of gas so he called his friends to help him out. His car broke down in the middle of a main road and when his teammates showed up to help him, they were arrested, pulled over and charged with a crime.

The video obtained from Facebook shows, star football player Seth Palumbo getting violently slammed out of his car by an officer. Several other police show up and Palumbo is arrested. His teammate and friend continue to record the scene.

Both Willis and Palumbo were arrested.

Police are now investigating the incident and Palumbo was charged with felony assaulting a peace officer, while Willis faces a misdemeanor count of impeding a roadway, which is crazy because his car ran out of gas.

The video has now went viral and people in Texas want answers.

The police department released this statement:

“The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is aware of online videos about a recent arrest in west Harris County.

After reviewing the videos, we are investigating the incident to determine if any policies and procedures were violated.

One deputy has been temporarily reassigned pending the outcome of the investigation.

We take these matters seriously and will ensure a thorough investigation is completed in a timely manner.

Our deputies are held to the highest standard of professionalism, and any employee whose conduct does not align with departmental policies will be held accountable for their actions.”
