Crosley MacEachen, had a bright future in football ahead of him before he was arrested and charged with rape and sexual battery back on December 6, 2020.
MacEachen was accused of going into a girl’s room while she was sleeping, taking her clothes off and then sexually assaulting her.
The accuser says she woke up around 5 am, and realized MacEachen having sexual intercourse with her.
MacEachen was a star football player for a Christian High School in Cincinnati and had signed his letter of intent to play college football at the University of St. Francis in Indiana.
Well, according to Fox 19 out of Cincinnati, the charges of rape and sexual battery were dismissed when new information came to light. Prosecutor Joseph Deters said this on Thursday:
“This dismissal is not a comment on the guilt or innocence of MacEachen. Our job as prosecutors is to seek justice. It is not to seek convictions,” Deters said.
