AAF Attendance: Hotshots beat the Fleet in front of 9,760 fans

John Wolford of Arizona was too much for the San Diego Fleet. The Fleet were doing everything they could to stop Arizona but could not get it done. The fans continue to not show, and the Arizona team is playing well.

Attendance in week 7 is going bananas. In the first two games, 41,761 fans have already shown up to watch the AAF. This was a big thanks to the San Antonio Commanders game breaking 30,345 fans. The Arizona Hotshots though who has averaged roughly 10,000 per game added an additional 9,760 fans to bring the three-game total to 51,521 fans in attendance week 7. If the Memphis game starring new quarterback Johnny Manziel can hit 26,974 fans they will break the AAF weekly attendance record.

Today though the Arizona Hotshots were rolling and they spanked the San Diego Fleet. The final score was 32-15, and it was all Arizona in the fourth quarter. The Hotshots and Fleet were in a close game at the half, but Arizona pulled away. Nelson Spruce of San Diego balled out today but it was not enough. The Fleet wide out had 146 yards on 12 receptions.

There was just too much John Wolford tonight. Wolford only threw 212 yards but added 2 touchdowns through the air and one on the ground. The Arizona defense also accounted for two interceptions which were huge for the Hotshots.
