Giants are signing veteran cornerback Leon Hall; Giants waived CB Tramain Jacobs
Yesterday the New York Giants worked out veteran defensive back Leon Hall for the second time, and today the team signed him. The former Michigan cornerback who spent all of his career with the Bengals has signed a deal with the G-Men.

He played college football for the University of Michigan, and earned consensus All-American honors. Hall was chosen by the Bengals in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
