Should the Dallas Cowboys risk hurting DeMarco Murray more against the Colts?
The Dallas Cowboys are on the verge of the playoffs which they have not seen recently, but should the team risk playing DeMarco Murray who suffered a broken bone in his hand?
The Cowboys face a very good Colts defense, but Joseph Randle has been a very solid running back this season as well. The Cowboys offensive line is nasty, and I feel Randle could run for a ton of yards against the Colts defense, but it sounds like the Cowboys are insisting that Murray gets some carries.
NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport feels Murray will play.
“He’s tough, he has a high pain threshold and he feels good,” the source said. “(I) wouldn’t be surprised if he plays.”
Murray leads the NFL with 405 offensive touches this season, while carrying it 351 times for 1,687 yards and 11 rushing touchdowns. In the last two weeks the 26-year-old runner has 30-plus carries in each contest, but should they risk him again or save him for the playoffs?
