Steelers bring back a familiar face as a defensive assistant; Welcome Home Joey Porter
One of the most hated players in the NFL, but the most loved Steeler is coming back to Pittsburgh were it all started for him. Today the Pittsburgh Steelers announced they are hiring Joey Porter as a defensive assistant, who will probably work with the linebackers.

This is a great move, and you see many former NFL players getting a shot to coach in the NFL. This is great because veteran players have been there before and usually pick up the tendencies quicker than a non football mind.
