NFL DRAFT DIAMONDS

What was it like on Draft Week? NFL Players perspective (MUST READ)

I have been helping small school players for years now, and it is always great to hear back from the former players who went through this same process recently.  So what I thought would be cool was to get a list of my former guys to put up what their draft experience was like.

Listen to what they say, Get it from our #TeamDiamond members

It was scary and exciting at the same time!!! Mind racing thinking about what state you will be in and what superstar teammates you’ll meet! Phone calls from teams start to increase!!! And your thinking to yourself like mannnn I’m about to be a pro football player! Longest days of your life and I would do it all again no matter the outcome.

Draft week was the most stressful week ever, followed by validation for your whole life leading up to that moment.  It’s validation for fall the hard work you have don since you were a kid, but your stressed because you have no idea what’s going to happen, where you will be or if you are getting drafted.

Draft week for me a nice experience. It’s like a great thriller movie. You got highs, lows, excitement, and frustration but a huge blessing through it all.
