Ah sunny Jacksonville-known for beautiful weather, great beaches and the absurd phrase “Could (insert #1 dominant Div.1 CFB name here) beat the Jaguars?” Well that joke stopped when the Owner with the Funny Mustache, Shahid Khan, took over this team. They’ve been doing some house cleaning and this starter home is starting to look better. They nabbed QB Blake Bortles with their first found pick. Some analysts like Former Pats Linebacker and ESPN’s Teddy Bruschi thought it was a mistake but if any QB in this draft outside of Johnny TooSmall-I mean-Football can give you a spark and some glimmer of hope, it’s him. He has size, athleticism, and has a decent arm-not elite but decent. With NFL coaching I think he can be what they need him to be-a big bottle of Febreze for that nauseating Blaine Gabbert smell. Marquise Lee is a bargain in the second round. He’s a weapon they desperately need. Allen Robinson will add depth to that receiving core and Linder from Miami will do the same on that O line. Telvin Smith is a great project at linebacker. They lost MJD and really should’ve addressed a RB in the draft because Toby Gerhart is NOT the answer but seriously J-Ville, bravo.
