Browns add another veteran wide out; Team signed Earl Bennett
The Cleveland Browns have signed WR Earl Bennett, formerly of the Bears. This is the second veteran wide out the team has signed today.
Bennett, 27, recorded 32 catches for 243 yards (7.6 YPR) and four touchdowns in 15 games with Chicago last year. With Josh Gordon facing a lengthy suspension and Nate Burleson re-breaking his arm, the Browns needed help at the position.
He was released by the Bears two months ago after refusing a pay cut.
