What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2026 NFL Draft?

I have proven my ability to hit long NFL standard field goals in challenging weather conditions of Western Nebraska and Southeast Kansas. In my fourth game as a Chadron State Eagle I connected on a 61 yard field goal, besting the previous school record by 4 yards. Since then I have connected from 57, 55 three times, 53, 52, and 50. I am also capable of consistent 70/4.0 second plus kickoffs and have demonstrated superior placement abilities in that area. I have collegiate experience at all three kicking positions: FG, KO, Punt. I have experience and accolades that compete with the top level FBS prospects.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I strive to be self reliant. Because of my experiences at Independence CC (JUCO), I am able to prepare myself to enter into any situation necessary with little guidance. Second, I motivate myself more than any other person can motivate me, and I push myself in the same manner. I have built professional level habits in physical and mental training, diet, and self care. I have dedicated my young life to the game of football and intend on building a platform to encourage the next generation to bear the storms of life through faith and football.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I admire any cause that funds youth activities whether they be athletic, academic or otherwise. Healthy competition and self motivation tactics are important characteristics for upcoming youth, and I would support any cause that ethically funds these activities. It is my vision to become a kicking coach alongside my playing career so that I may donate my time to help kicking athletes reach their full potential.

Who was your role model?

My high school and current independent strength coach, Rod King.

Who is your favorite NFL team?

Having been raised in Denver, the hometown Broncos team is a top choice. I am a huge Peyton Manning fan!

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

Triston Hite, #85, P. His off field leadership efforts often go unseen and under appreciated.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I am often mildly frustrated by people who try to be someone they are not just to fit in. Certainly the team dynamics need to be together as one, but every individual was given a personality that is unique and benefits the organization. It is important from both a team and personal perspective to always be yourself.

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

George Dinwiddie, high school math. Mr. Dinwiddie epitomizes the meaning of answering one’s calling and having total dedication to his students.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

When I was 18, I was informed that a medical diagnosis would prevent me from living out my dream of flying fighter jets. From there, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the USAF Academy where I then began to pursue football. With a less than impressive high school tape/resume and no film from the AF football team, I was offered a spot at Independence CC. After winning a position battle, I had my best statistical season to date; 10/11 Long of 40. Following that season, I had allowed an overuse injury to prevent me from competing the next, and missed my true sophomore year. I had been informed medically that kicking might no longer be an option. However, I relentlessly rehabilitated my injury and returned to compete at my JUCO where I then gained experience at all three kicking positions and signed a scholarship offer to Chadron State, where I have attained most of my accolades.

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?

Chipotle/Qdoba. They are interchangeable to me.

What is your favorite snack food?

Baby carrots and Hummus, especially while travelling.

What is your degree in?

Business with a minor in Music. Also completing pilot school as a vocational school.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

First, Sun Tzu. He was a Chinese General who lived from approximately 544-496 B.C. He is credited with authoring my favorite non religious text, “The Art of War.” While emphasizing military strategy, many of the concepts apply to strategies of life. Second, Nick Saban. I think his wisdom and experience applies to all areas of football. I would have enjoyed playing for Coach Saban. Third, Gregg Allman. One of my musical heroes whose songwriting has served as a majority of the soundtrack of my life.

What is your biggest weakness?

Intense self criticism and overbearing perfectionism. Sometimes I am unable to handle the inevitability of diminishing return, and the humanity of having a bad day.
