What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft

A combination of frame, athleticism, and a little bit of a mean streak. I already am similar in size to a lot of the current NFL tackles, but now is the time where I am locking in on footwork and technique to take me to that next level of ball.

What are your hobbies outside of football?

I enjoy pickup basketball, golfing, or really anything that lets me compete with my friends. Recently we have been playing some beach volleyball games here on campus, and I am loving it.

What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?

I see myself as a versatile offensive lineman. I have experience at both right and left tackle, and I have kicked inside to guard before when numbers were low. I would also be comfortable as a blocking tight-end in heavy packages, as I have done that in the past as well.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

There are a lot of good ones to choose from, but I think the AVM Alliance would be my choice. My younger sister had brain surgery 4 years ago due to an AVM in her brain. She has since recovered, but other families in similar situations would be an important cause to me.

How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?

I enjoy hands-on coaching. I think where a lot of players go wrong is seeing it as an attack on your game when in reality it is finding a way to make you better than your best.

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

I have not gotten to San Diego yet, so I will focus on Georgetown. There was a lot of talent on our roster last season with Losini Maka, Trevor Swan, Cooper Blomstrom, and Chigozie Oge-Evans coming to mind.

If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?

I would choose Robin Williams, Johnny Cash, and my grandpa Tex. Robin Williams is my favorite actor, Johnny Cash is one of my favorite artists, and Tex passed away when I was still too young to appreciate his stories and I would love to get just a few more tales from his younger days.

If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?

I am honestly not sure, but you better bet I would do everything in my power to regain my coaches confidence that I am the guy.

Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?

It depends slightly on the timing of the game, but if we are playing a midday game then after meetings and walkthroughs I eat a decent breakfast, roll out, and stretch a lot before throwing some music on and getting ready for go time.

What is your favorite snack food?

I like to switch it up, but my buddy Case put me onto Chili Roasted Pistachios recently, and I have been loving those.

What scheme do you feel you fit the best in?

I think my length lends itself to a mobile offensive line package. I do really well in schemes which give defensive fronts a lot of different looks whether it’s pulling, play action passes, or my bread and butter which is wide zone (even though my favorite play will always be an inside zone).

What is your degree in?

I got my bachelors in Government and Political Science and I am now pursuing a Masters in Finance.

What would be the first thing you buy with your first NFL check?

I would probably get my mom a gift and invest the rest.

Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?

The first one that comes to mind actually happened in high school. It was our rivalry football game against Kinkaid, and we were on a long drive to the goal line. It was second and goal from the two, and I was supposed to have a combination block with our guard to the playside linebacker, but I completely messed up and climbed to the second level without taking care of the down lineman first. Of course he had a TFL and now it was third and goal from the four. We called timeout and I begged our coaches to let us run the ball again. They agreed, and on the next play I drove the defensive end past the sideline and our running back had a walk-in touchdown. There was no time to dwell on the last play when there was another opportunity coming up.
