What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?

First and foremost, I am a great teammate, leader and competitor. Those qualities will transfer to any level and any team. On the field, I am decisive, knowledgeable, and perform well under pressure. I am a top Quarterback prospect in the draft, I want the opportunity to prove it on a bigger stage.

Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?

I faced adversity when transferring from Saint John’s University (Minn.) to Bethel University (Minn.). At SJU, I wasn’t given the opportunities I had hoped for, and I wasn’t playing well. There seemed to be no plans for me to become a starter there. This was frustrating and led me to transfer. I felt like I lost my identity, and my pride was hurt. I felt like I completely failed. However, I responded to this adversity by working hard; I used it as fuel for the fire. I chose Bethel, and the hard work paid off. I started my first season and helped lead my team to an Elite Eight Appearance, capturing all-conference and all-region honors.

What are your hobbies outside of football?

I love to be with friends and family. I enjoy golfing, cooking, and playing or watching sports.

What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?

I see myself playing any role that sees fit. I have learned the importance of humility from my experience at SJU. However, I will never settle for a role, and I will push for my success and ultimately the success of the team.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I would donate to people with special needs and abilities. I enjoy working with these types of people and would definitely donate to help their cause.

How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?

I handle criticism well. I welcome hard coaching styles because I know it will make me a better player.

Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?

The most underrated teammate at my school is Roman Janes. Roman is our Tight End and plays a huge role in our offense’s success. His on-field impact already makes him underrated; his impact on team morale is just as important. He is a strong competitor and will elevate people around him, but he’s also just a fun person to be around.

If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?

My three people would be Jesus Christ, Tom Brady, and Morgan Wallen. I picked these three, all for different reasons. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Tom Brady is one of my favorite athletes of all time. I love his philosophy on the mental side of sports. Finally, Morgan Wallen is my favorite musical artist, and I’d love to meet him.

If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?

If I were benched tomorrow, it would have to be because I was seriously injured or seriously outplayed. There wouldn’t be any other reason for my benching. I handle myself well off the field, earn good grades, and work very hard to start.

Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?

I have a cup of coffee in the morning and eat a heavier breakfast with the team. I then spend time with God to center myself. After that, I listen to music, stretch, and get taped. I always tape my wrists and write something new on them every game. After this, I walk up to the field with the Quarterbacks, 70 minutes before game time.

What is your favorite snack food?

I like Snyder’s Cheddar Pretzel bites.

What scheme do you feel you fit the best in?

I fit best in a spread offensive scheme. That is the way we play at Bethel; we emphasize spacing, RPOs, and deep-choice concepts. I fit well in this because of my distributor, point guard-like nature when I’m on the field. I am always looking for the best play; this offense gives me the chance to do this.

What is your degree in?

Communication and Business

What would be the first thing you buy with your first NFL check?

I would pay my student loans and car payment. Not a luxurious thing to do, but it is a necessity.

Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?

In a playoff game my sophomore year, I threw an interception that shifted the momentum. We were on the road, it got their crowd into the game, and they scored a few plays later. I responded by taking accountability to my teammates, talking about my decision on the play with my coach, but ultimately, forgetting about it. Bad plays will always happen; how you respond to them is important. I didn’t let it linger; I went out and finished the game strong and led a drive that bled the clock out to win the game.

Name three songs, we can expect on your playlist?

A wide variety of songs. You can expect, Cover Me Up by Morgan Wallen, Outside Today by NBA Youngboy, and 3 am by Matchbox Twenty
