What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
What makes me a top prospect at my position is that I am versatile. I have the ability to run between the tackles, I can stretch the defense, and I can run routes and catch the ball. However, my greatest strength is in my ability to be an elite teammate and influence the guys around me to play at their highest level.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
One thing NFL teams should know about me is that I am selfless and as I create my own path, I will always put the team before myself. Whatever team I am a part of, I look to influence the organization as a whole. I value relationships and believe that the hidden strengths of the best teams lies in the relationships which impacts the team’s willingness to play for each other.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
If I could donate to one cause in the world, it would be holistic healthcare. Helping people understand healthy diets and natural ways to help the body combat sickness and disease.
Who was your role model?
My mother was my role model. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and wasn’t legally allowed to work when I was around 6 years old. But despite minimal resources, I always watched her find a way. We didn’t have much, but we never went without.
Who is your favorite NFL team?
I don’t have a favorite team, but some of the players I admired in my youth were Barry Sanders, Adrian Peterson, and guys like Devin Hester, Tavon Austin, Percy Harvin.
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
The most underrated teammate at my school is running back Billy Daal. The dude is build like a mac truck, but has the speed of a Ferrari. He has the potential to be elite, but hasn’t gotten the opportunities.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is when a person is just outright mean to someone without having any prior knowledge or interactions with that person.
Who is your favorite teacher ever?
My favorite teacher ever, a woman by the name of Kristi Crawford. She changed my life in getting me on the right path of education.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
The toughest adversity I’ve had to endure is the passing of my family members. My mom passed when I was 15, and during my time at Yale, I experienced my grandfather and my great grandmother both passing during the season, and within a week of one another. One of my sisters also passed away during one of my college seasons, and other passings I’ve dealt with throughout that time.
If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?
Honestly none of them. I would have a juice bar though with fresh fruit and vegetables restocked frequently for juices, smoothies, and acai bowls.
What is your favorite snack food?
My favorite snack food is cold fruit. Huge fan of pineapples, strawberries, mangos.
What is your degree in?
My degree is in Biomedical Engineering.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be?
Three people I would have dinner with is my mom, Jesus Christ in the flesh, and Nipsey Hustle. I would like for my mom to be there just to be able to give her a life update and give her her flowers of appreciation. I chose Jesus in the flesh for the ability to have that experience to deeper understand the way he moved throughout life. To get deeper insight on his journey on how he grew into the person he was. A Nipsey Hustle because I admire the way he moved and thought about life. From the streets to trying to change the world. His idea of “The Marathon” is something I want to do for my community in Columbus, GA.
What is your biggest weakness?
In terms of my biggest weakness, something I have been working on is allowing myself to trust God and get deeper into my faith. Something I work on every day and learning that once I pray to God for something, trust that he has heard me and that the plan will work out the way it needs to, all I have to do is keep my head down and continue to work. Walk by faith and not by sight.
