Who is the NFL player you compare yourself the most to? Why is that?
I honestly couldn’t say one person that I compare myself too because I believe comparison is the thief of joy. I like to say I run my own race and focus on how I can make myself better. I love watching guys like Fred Warner, Roquan smith, and Jordyn brooks. But it would be hard for me to say I compare myself to another man.
What aspects of playing in the NFL do you find to be intriguing?
The aspects of playing in the NFL that I feel are intriguing is just being able to play against the best of the best week to week. That’s always been the dream.
In what ways have you improved since last season?
Every year my mental for the game gets better and better. When I say mental I mean to be able to see what the play is going to be just based off the formation. That gives you an huge advantage. And also putting on 10 pounds. It makes me feel stronger out there.
What is your favorite memory so far as a college football player?
Everyday I make a new favorite memory. I have enjoyed every part of my college experience. The good and the not so good. I’ve learned a lot and met a lot of great people.
What is the most important thing you would like NFL scouts, coaches and general managers to know about you?
I would like them to know that some people just play football. For me it’s different. I couldn’t describe it in one word. God first and then football saved my life. I owe everything to god and the game.
