What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2025 NFL Draft?
I believe I am a top 2025 prospect because I bring the complete package as a cornerback.
At 6’1 with long arms, I have the physical tools to match up with any receiver and make plays in both man and zone coverage. My speed and athleticism allow me to cover deep threats, while my length and vertical give me the ability to contest passes against bigger targets. What sets me apart is not just my athleticism but my preparation and versatility. I am a student of the game over the years found my self learning more about how to prep better. Which allows me to anticipate routes, recognize offensive schemes, and adjust on the move. I have played against all types of competition across the division 3 level and division 1, so l’ve proven I can adapt to change quickly being that I have attend Northern Iowa since mid January. I am committed to excelling in every aspect of my role, and my combination of physical gifts, technical skills, and football IQ makes me one of the top prospects in this class.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
The NFL should know that I have an unwavering commitment to improvement. Whether it is helping a teammate or pushing through personal setbacks. What truly sets me apart is my ability to stay calm through the storm whether on the field during high-pressure moments or in the locker room when things are not going as planned. When the team faces adversity, panic or emotions are high I remain composed, keeping everyone focused on the next play especially the ones on the backend. A steady demeanor under pressure reassures those around me and inspires them to do the same and remain confident. As a leader, I lead by example, through actions showing that true leadership is about resilience, consistency, and being the rock when the waves are crashing around you.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
Homelessness, being down south you see homeless people left and right from the day you were born. Knowing that people make decisions that get them to that point is understandable but watching someone in need and not being able to do anything about it is not easy because if I can help in any way I will without hesitation.
Who is your role model?
My father Robbie Peterson Sr. is my biggest role model whether he notices it or not. Growing up and being one of nine children, I watched him face a lot of adversity. Witnessing the adversity, he faced on a daily I watched how he overcame it. I picked up what he was putting down and things started to stick over the years which help mold me into the man I am today.

Who is your favorite teacher ever?
Kelly Latronica was one of my PE teachers at Sarasota High who let me, and others excel and improve our athleticism on a daily and there was never a dull moment in class.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
I have no doubt seen harder times in my life that lingers till this day that I continue to try to better and overcome day in and day out. Somethings are not always meant for the papers. Although I may leave that portion out to dry right now being a D3 two sport athlete I faced a crazy amount of adversity. Balancing the demands of being a football and track athlete at the Division III level comes with significant challenges, from time management to physical fatigue. The intense schedules for both sports, along with academic responsibilities, require exceptional discipline and focus. Prioritizing tasks, planning, and maintaining effective communication with coaches and trainers are key to navigating this overwhelming workload. Physical recovery is just as important as training; listening to your body, using recovery tools like stretching, massage, and proper rest, and being proactive about injury prevention are essential to sustaining performance. Mental resilience is crucial, too practicing mindfulness and seeking support from teammates, coaches, or mentors can help manage stress and prevent burnout.
At the Division III level, where resources and financial support are often limited, athletes must be resourceful and focused on personal growth. While balancing two demanding sports, it is important to set realistic goals and acknowledge progress, regardless of external expectations. Embracing the challenge of competing in both football and track, while managing the dynamics of each team, can be an opportunity for personal and athletic growth. Recognizing that success is about more than just results it is about the journey, the discipline, and the relationships built along the way can help keep motivation through adversity. Whether you excel on the field or on the track, the skills and resilience you develop will serve you far beyond sports.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Martin Luther King Jr. was a monumental figure in the fight for civil rights and social justice. His powerful speeches and unwavering commitment to nonviolent protest have left an indelible mark on history. With everything going on in our world today, having dinner with MLK is more important than ever. Over dinner, discussing his vision for equality, the challenges he faced, and the progress made since his time will be key. It would be fascinating to hear his thoughts on today’s world and how we can continue to strive for justice and equality.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson because his life journey is inspiring. Despite facing many hardships growing up, he has shown consistency and discipline throughout his career. From his early days as a football player to his transition into wrestling and eventually becoming a successful actor, his story is a testament to the power of perseverance and hard work. His ability to overcome adversity and continuously evolve professionally makes him a great person for many to look up to too. Over dinner, I would want to discuss his experiences, the challenges he faced, and the lessons he has learned along the way. It would be a opportunity to gain insights from someone who has achieved so much through their determination and resilience.
Bill Gates would be one of my choices. His remarkable journey from founding Microsoft to becoming a leading philanthropist through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is inspiring, and I would love to hear about the lessons he learned along the way. Gates has revolutionized the tech industry. His unique perspective on technology, innovation, and the responsibility of wealth and influence would make for an incredibly insightful conversation.
