Tom Brady is Upset about the Roast, beacuse how it Affected his Kids
During an appearance on “The Pivot” podcast, Tom Brady was asked if he learned anything from being on the Netflix Roast and his answer was simple. The seven-time Super Bowl champion admitted that he was upset by how it negatively impacted his children.
“I loved when the jokes were about me. I thought they were fun. I didn’t like the way they affected my kids,” Brady said. “It’s the hardest part – like the bittersweet aspect of when you do something you think is one way, but you realize you wouldn’t do it again because of the way it affected the people I actually care about the most in the world.”
Brady told everyone there that his kids were off limits, and most of the comedians did have a lot of jokes about others including the people on the stage, but Brady still has to worry about his kids.
It does not matter that his kids are indirectly targetted by the jokes about their Mother. I am sure Tom was expecting it to go south, but he obviously did not think about how they would feel.
