Listen: Guys who were thrown around by Cam Newton now playing the victim
The youth football organization that was involved in a fight with former NFL quarterback Cam Newton over the weekend has issued the following statement about the incident.
“We are actively addressing this matter internally and working towards a resolution that aligns with our commitment to creating a positive space for our team and clients,” TSP’s statement reads. “We appreciate your understanding and want to reassure our community that something like this will never happen again. We remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity and will continue to help and grow with the players in the community.”
Well, the two me who were thrown around like rag dolls are now playing the victim. You can hear the two men on 105.3 tell this podcast that Cam Newton was the instagator, and he took it took far.
The crazy thing is there are a ton of people in the comments who were there saying that Top Shelf Performance was trashing people all day, including Cam Newton. There was even a video that was out before the games were played, where the guy with dreads began trashing Cam Newton and his quarterback skills.
I do not know where this goes, but I would stop talking if my entire team got whooped by a single man. I guess I would quit while I was ahead.
