What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft?

My faith, work ethic, and resilience.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I was 8 years old watching my brother and cousins play in High school.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I would donate to foster homes wherever I could. Whether that be money, food, school supplies, resources or my time. I believe that if we help the foster system raise children and give them knowledge spend time with them and pray for them, we can demonstrate love to them, which translates to them being a person who delivers good to the world because good was once given to them.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Life won’t give you want. It’ll give you what you’re willing to fight for.

Who was your childhood hero?

Jesus, My family, and Devin Hester.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

James Collins

What is your biggest pet peeve?

When someone treats their position of leadership as a position of power.

Who is your favorite teacher ever?

Mr. Disharoon, was my math teacher in sixth grade. But taught me to believe in the abilities I was gifted with.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

Many moments built my character. One moment that stands out is when my mom had several mini-strokes and 90% of her brain was covered in blood. My family prayed and prayed. During that time I was in fall camp at Shepherd, as a sophomore. Our prayers were answered. My mom fully recovered and watched me score my first college touchdown.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

The Opportunities on and off the field. This place is fun and exciting. There’s an all-athletes bible here that I lead and we also have a football bible study that has allowed me to grow closer to my teammates.

If you could have any franchise restaurant in your house what would it be?

Chick Fil-A

What is your favorite snack food?

Cereal

What is your degree in?

Recreation and Leisure Studies (Sports Broadcasting) – Shepherd University

Pursuing my master’s in Strategic Communications – the University of Delaware

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

A too small guy, chasing too big of a dream, believing in an even bigger God.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Tyreek Hill or Elijah Moore

What is your favorite game to play at the carnival/theme park?

The football tire throw. That’s how I won my brother a marshawn lynch jersey.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

  1. Jesus because of the impact he has had on my life my family’s life and even my teammates’ lives. I would just want to tell Him thank you and introduce Him to people who question whether He is real.
  2. My Grandfather passed away when I was 6 I have small memories of him that I hold on to.
  3. Deion Sanders because he has inspired me as a black man who is in the sports world. I would talk to him about his life, and God and seek advice he learned not only from his successes but also his failures in life.
