The Caribe Royale Orlando Hula Bowl will be played in Orlando, Florida on January 13th, 2024 and is televised on CBS Sports. The scouts of NFL Draft Diamonds have worked for the past three years as the scouting staff for the Hula Bowl. We are excited to get the 2023-24 season underway, and had scouts in attendance to 16 plus games this week. With tons of great football games in the NCAA this week, we wanted to break down several of the Top Performers in the Small Schoolers that would have eligibility to play in our game. Let’s break down some of the best performances from week 3.

Brandon Porter, WR, UIW – The Rancho Cucamonga native had an awesome week against Abilene Christian hauling in 10 passes for 201 yards and scoring once. Porter is a 5’10 wide out with great speed and route running ability.

Kahtero Summers, WR, Rhode Island – The 6’3 wide out had an awesome week three against Maine. He hauled in 6 receptions for 130 yards and scored twice. He is a physical wide out and has two one hundred yard games already on the year and in his first game against FBS Georgia State he had 99 yards.

Tyshon King, RB, Youngstown State – The 5’11, 210 pound back from Kankakee, Illinois had a great week against Robert Morris. King averaged 9.8 yards a carry and finished with 117 yards on 9 carries, and three of them went for a touchdown. That is a very impressive week.

Jeremy Moussa, QB, Florida A&M – Moussa had a great game against West Florida going 18-27 and throwing for 271 yards. Moussa had three touchdown passes. The Chino Hills, California native is a solid prospect and is one of the best HBCU prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft.

James Lowery, K, Tennessee State – I was a kicker so I have to give him some credit. Lowery hit a 50 yards game winning field goal as time expired, leading TSU over Gardner Webb. The Florida native finished with nine points!
