Breaking: Seattle Seahawks are signing former Florida State DT Robert Cooper

We are learning that former Hula Bowl Alumni Robert Cooper is headed back to the Seattle Seahawks. The former Florida State Seminoles defensive tackle will sign with the team today.
Robert Cooper from South Gwinnett High School was rated a 4-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 4-star grade by 247 Sports. After high school, Cooper joined Florida State after being heavily recruited.
In 2022 as a fifth year senior Cooper logged playing time in 12 games and logged a total of 365 snaps for the Seminoles. He also added 12 tackles, 5 assists, and 8 stops. As a pass rusher, he tallied 8 total pressures, which included 7 QB hurries, one QB hit, and no sacks on the season.
We invited him to the Hula Bowl where he had an amazing week. The big run stuffer had a great motor and was a problem for opposing offensive lineman.
