Former Miami Dolphins draft pick arrested for felony sexual battery by the US Marshals

Miami Dolphins‘ former fifth-round draft pick Arthur Lynch was arrested on a warrant for felony sexual battery. The 31-year-old former tight end was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service.
The sexual battery warrant was put out in November 2021 in Hamilton County.
Lynch was a four-star recruit in Georgia’s 2009 recruiting class, ranked as a top-150 player overall in the cycle and the No. 2 overall tight end.
Lynch played for the University of Georgia for four years from 2009 to 2013. He was named to 2013 All-SEC First Team as a redshirt senior after catching 30 passes for 459 yards and five touchdowns.
Lynch played for the Dolphins, Jets, Broncos, and Falcons but never played a snap in the NFL. In the 2014 NFL Draft Lynch was picked in round 5 as 155th pick by the Miami Dolphins.
